Donna Hall was born in Los Angeles, California where her father owned an aircraft parts manufacturing plant. She later moved to Northwest Arkansas and grew-up on a farm where she had lots of different animals for her friends. Donna graduated from the local schools then went on to attend the University of Arkansas majoring in the Fine Arts.
After raising two children, Donna decided to go back to school in 2002. She attended the Brookhaven College in Dallas, majoring in Art History. There she received multiple awards for her work in oil painting. One of her works remains on permanent exhibit as "Outstanding Quality and Variety of the Artists from all over Texas". She now resides in Frisco, Texas where she works for the after school extension programs.
